AI Implementation for Founder-Led SMBs

Put AI to work where it actually moves the business.

I install AI systems that cut operating costs, surface new revenue, and give your team back the hours they lose to manual work, built, documented, and owned by you in 90 days.

$1M+ in enterprise pipeline built · 300+ sales professionals trained · franchise scaled 60 → 350+ locations

AI doesn't fix broken operations, it amplifies whatever's already there. The work is mapping the process first, then deciding precisely what AI should run, what it shouldn't, and wiring the rest so it holds up after the handoff.

About Dalton

Dalton Jensen helps founder-led SMBs use AI to cut operating costs, unlock new revenue, and win back the hours their teams lose to manual work. He's a senior operator first and an AI builder second, someone who ran and scaled real go-to-market systems before automating them, which is exactly why his implementations hold up in production instead of breaking the first time reality hits them. He pairs two things most "AI consultants" don't have together: hands-on operational rigor and the technical depth to actually ship.

What I do

Five disciplines, wired together.

01

AI Strategy & Opportunity Mapping

Operational audit, SOP documentation, ROI-ranked automation roadmap, and clear build-vs-skip decisions on what AI should and shouldn't touch.

02

Agent & Automation Engineering

Claude Code and agentic workflows, MCP integrations that connect your existing tools, natural-language control of business apps, and lead scoring / enrichment / routing agents.

03

Data, Dashboards & Business Intelligence

Auto-refreshing live dashboards and reporting pipelines that pull from CRM and ops tools into a single source of truth, forward-looking metrics instead of backward-looking reports.

04

GTM & Revenue Systems

AI woven directly into the revenue motion: lead routing, enrichment, campaign enrollment, forecasting, on a CRM architecture built across Salesforce, HubSpot, Attio, and GoHighLevel.

05

Process & Enablement

SOP design, team training, and handoff documentation so the system keeps running long after the engagement ends.

Selected work

Built, deployed, in production.

Inbound Lead Agent

B2B SaaS ($5M+ ARR)

A Claude Code-powered agent that scores and enriches every inbound lead, pushes it into Salesforce, and auto-enrolls it into the right campaign, turning raw inbound into routed, revenue-generating pipeline with zero manual triage.

Natural-Language Ops Agent

Slack + MCP

A Slack-based assistant connected to the company's tools through MCP, replacing constant app-switching. The team reads from and makes changes across their connected apps in plain English, no code, no tab-hopping.

Live Data Dashboards

multiple companies

Lovable-built, auto-refreshing, responsive dashboards that pull from CRM and ops tools to give leadership real-time visibility, retiring the manual, after-the-fact reporting they replaced.

Weeks 10–13

Phase 3, Install & Hand Off

Team training on every system in plain language, full handoff documentation and SOPs, before/after measurement of hours saved and costs cut, and a roadmap for the next builds worth making.

Frequently asked questions

What founders ask before booking.

What does an engagement actually look like (scope, timeline, deliverable)?

A 90-day, fixed-scope engagement that delivers three production AI systems built to take over your highest-cost manual work. It runs in three phases: weeks 1–3 we map your operation and lock the three systems worth building, weeks 4–9 I build and wire them into your existing tools, and weeks 10–13 we train your team, document everything, and measure the before/after. The deliverable is the working systems plus full SOPs and handoff docs, owned by you, running with or without me. Payment splits 50% to start, 50% on delivery.

Do you build it, or just advise?

I build it. This is hands-on implementation, not a strategy deck, I architect, build, and wire the AI systems into your tools myself, then hand them over working. Advice is part of the process, but the deliverable is running software, not recommendations.

What can AI actually automate in a business like mine?

Most of the repetitive, rules-based work that eats your team's hours: lead scoring and routing, data entry and enrichment, reporting, drafting and follow-ups, and pulling information across disconnected tools. The point isn't to replace people, it's to take low-judgment work off their plates so they focus on what needs a human. A core part of the engagement is deciding what AI shouldn't touch, too.

Who is this not for?

It's not for businesses wanting a strategy report, a one-off prompt workshop, or someone to manage staff. It's also not a fit if you can't free up a few hours early on to map your operation with me. It works best for founder-led SMBs ($1–10M) with real, repetitive workflows that are costing them time and money today.

How do you handle confidentiality and my data?

Yes, I'll sign an NDA before we get into specifics. Your data stays in your own tools and accounts, I build on systems you control and you keep every credential, and I scope each AI system's access to the minimum it needs, documented so nothing's a black box.
