It's a 90-day, fixed-price project that delivers three working AI systems built to take over your most expensive manual work. It runs in three parts. In weeks 1–3 we map your business and pick the three systems worth building. In weeks 4–9 I build them and connect them to your tools. In weeks 10–13 we train your team, write everything down, and measure the before and after. You get the working systems plus full docs, owned by you, running with or without me. You pay 50% to start and 50% on delivery.
I build it. This is hands-on work, not a slide deck. I design, build, and connect the AI systems to your tools myself, then hand them over working. Advice is part of it, but you get running software, not just ideas.
